An organization chart aiming to deconstruct a workplace. Based on a kids camp I worked at, I aimed to bring clarity while maintaining a visual interest and referencing the kids camp it discusses.
To plan these pieces I first began on whiteboard which allowed me to work fluidly and adjust all the many factors as I designed.
